- Vouchers can be used towards the cost of any holiday within the Western & Oriental Collection of Tour Operating brands. (minimum holiday cost £1,000).
- Each voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and is non transferable.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no refunds are applicable once the voucher has been issued.
- Vouchers may only be used against new bookings.
- All holidays are subject to availability.
