South Iceland is a lowland region of lush farmland, glaciers, sandy coastline and striking waterfalls. This is also an area of historical significance. The saga of Najall occured in this area and you will be taken through areas where other significant historic events took place, events that changed Iceland's history forever. We will take you onto the glacier Myrdalsjokull where you can experience a thrilling snowmobiling/dog sledging ride (optional-extra). You will be able to stand behind a plummeting waterfall, see the bird cliffs that surround the small town of Vik that are full of life in the spring time and during the summer. On our way home we will drive through the greenhouse village of Hveragerdi where we can stop for souvenirs.

Duration: 9/10 Hours. Operation: Year Round. Departures: Wednesdays/Fridays/Sundays.

Optional Snowmobiling/Dog Sledging Activities available. Supplement £105.00 Per Person Per Activity. (2 Persons Per Skidoo).
